Buchon Yukhoe and a couple of neighbors have hand-cut yukhoe (raw beef) all morning, served over julienned pear with a yolk on top. Add the live octopus tentacles for the full Seoul tartare experience. Gwangjang Market's yukhoe alley appeared on Netflix's Street Food: Asia, with Buchon Yukhoe (since 1965) earning Michelin Guide selection in 2023.
