Korean shoe sizes are written as the foot length the shoe fits.
240 mm means a shoe for a 24.0 cm foot.
So a Korean label that reads "240" is roughly EU 37.5 / US 7 / UK 4.5 in women's.
Half-sizes are uncommon
Most Korean shoe stores stock in 5 mm increments (230, 235, 240, …).
If you usually wear a half size, expect to size up to the next whole 5 mm, or try the international half-size at brands that import full ranges (Nike, Adidas, On).

Korean shoe fitters often build a slightly narrower last than European or American shoes.
If your feet are wide, take a half size up.
