Haobin, led by Chef Deok‑juk Hou, offers refined Chinese cuisine in a warmly lit dining room that blends Eastern and Western aesthetics with chandeliers and elegant tableware. The Cantonese‑trained chef draws on over five decades of experience to present a wide range of regional Chinese cuisines. He is especially renowned for his mastery of soups, with Buddha Jumps Over the Wall,a dish he was the first to introduce to Korea,as his signature. Chef Hu Deok-juk won the 2024 Michelin Mentor Chef Award and was personally praised by Chinese President Jiang Zemin in 1994.
