Open 24/7, supplies half of Seoul's seafood. Buy live flounder, abalone, octopus, or king crab from a stall, pay a small fee at one of the upstairs restaurants, and they slice and plate it. Close with maeuntang (spicy fish-bone soup) made from the bones. The 3am auction is a separate spectacle.
