Bite-sized seaweed rolls with seasoned rice, pickled radish, and sesame, dipped in mustard-soy. The "original" stand near North Gate 2 is the consensus pick. Sold by the tray; finish in a single sitting. Mayak Gimbap originated at Gwangjang Market's Monyeo Gimbap and Gordon Ramsay sampled it during his 2017 visit to the market.
