Boiled-pork-and-napa-wraps alley adjacent to the haejangguk strip.
Bossam is steamed pork belly served with napa cabbage leaves, salted-shrimp dipping sauce, garlic, and oyster-radish kimchi. Wonjo Halmae and Tongin Jip are the alley's anchors. A great drinking dinner.
