The original 1953 hotpot tteokbokki, Grandma Ma Bok-rim invented this style.
The mother shop of the entire Sindang scene. Bubbling pan of rice cakes, fish cakes, glass noodles, and egg in a sweet-spicy gochujang broth, cooked at the table. A "Seoul Future Heritage" listed restaurant. Grandma Ma Bok-rim, founder in 1953, is widely credited as the inventor of modern gochujang tteokbokki.
