The Berlin specialty roaster's Seoul outpost, tucked inside a Hannam concept store.
Order an espresso or the piccolo latte, pulled on a La Marzocco Linea. The bar runs single-origin Colombians and Ethiopians plus seasonal blends. The Seoul location sits inside More Than Less (MTL), a boutique near Hangangjin Station, about ten minutes' walk from Exit 1. Bonanza's original Berlin shop was on National Geographic's coffee-shops-to-visit list. A separate roastery and kitchen operate in Gunja-dong for production volume.
