O'Sulloc is run by Amorepacific, the cosmetics group, and sources its green tea from the brand's plantations on Jeju Island. The Bukchon house leans on tea cocktails, tea cakes, green tea ice cream, and seasonal pairings rather than the standard cafe latte menu.
