A 200-meter strip near the Gwangsan-gu Office lined with around 20 tteokgalbi houses, all serving Gwangju's signature grilled rib patty. What sets Songjeong apart is the mix of finely minced beef and pork rib, seasoned and pressed into a square patty for a distinctive texture. Come hungry, pick a shop, and pair it with a stroll through the nearby 1913 market.
