Gentle Monster's dessert lab in the basement of Haus Dosan, where pastries are staged like sculpture.
The signature is the Peak, a squid-ink croissant tart filled with matcha cream made with mascarpone. Nudake sits underneath the five-story Haus Dosan flagship that also houses Gentle Monster eyewear and Tamburins fragrance, with desserts laid out on a long wooden plinth that doubles as gallery display. The dim, concrete-heavy space leans more art installation than cafe, which is exactly the point. K-pop tie-ins and seasonal sculptural cakes rotate through the counter.
