The space keeps the bones of an old Mullae metal workshop, with a cement-and-wood first floor and quieter white-brick rooms on the second.
There is a small rooftop terrace.
A short walk from Mullae Station (Line 2), inside the Mullae Arts Village blocks where active welding shops still share alleys with galleries and indie cafes.
