Yongsusan
Kaesong (North Korean royal cuisine) served in a Samcheong hanok.
A Korean royal-cuisine course in the style of Kaesong, complete with bossam-kimchi (cabbage rolls stuffed with chestnut and pear) and slow-cooked galbijjim. Old, formal, tourist-friendly with English service. Yongsusan introduced European-style course-by-course Korean meal service in the early 1980s, replacing the traditional all-at-once table.
