Sindang is a transfer station on Lines 2 and 6 in central Seoul, best known as the home of Tteokbokki Town, the alley where Korea's simmer-at-the-table tteokbokki was popularized. It also sits next to Seoul Central Market, a large traditional market, and near the Chungmu Arts Center.
