Light cream, not the heavy American kind, is the brand's calling card.
The Cheongdam store is the first Knotted, on a side street off Dosan-daero about five minutes from Apgujeong Rodeo Station, set in a two-story yellow building.
Popular flavors sell out, so come on the early side and on weekdays if you can.
Knotted now runs branches across Seoul and Jeju and has expanded to LA.
