Tasty alley
Bupyeong-dong Jokbal Alley
부평동 족발골목
Busan's chilled-jokbal street
One of Korea's biggest clusters of jokbal (braised pigs' feet) shops, packed around the Bupyeong-dong intersection just off BIFF Street. The local specialty is naeng-jokbal, a cold jokbal salad tossed with cucumber, onion, jellyfish, and a garlic-mustard sauce. Each shop uses its own house jang, so no two taste alike.
