Naengmyeon (냉면) is a Korean cold noodle dish. buckwheat-and-starch noodles in icy beef broth (mul-naengmyeon) or tossed in fiery red sauce (bibim-naengmyeon). Eaten year-round but obligatory in summer. This is where to eat it in Seoul, English-friendly only.
